Siam Elegance Hotel & Spa - Belek

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pools were spacious and very clean, perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the hot weather. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The entertainment provided by the animation team was great too, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. the location of the hotel, right on the beach, allowed for easy access to the beautiful sandy shores and fine views. this hotel offered excellent cleanliness, great hotel facilities, convenient parking, and a convenient location close to the beach and the Alanya area.

The hotel is luxurious and exclusive. the amenities are top-notch and met all of our needs. the staff provided exceptional service and the spa and wellness center was a highlight. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were all clean and relaxing.

The only minor issue was the lack of variety in the snacks offered at the poolside snack bar. this hotel is highly recommended for its exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and beautiful location on the beachfront.

The location of the hotel is remarkable, situated right on the beautiful beach along the Antalya coast. the breathtaking view of the coastline adds a touch of serenity to the hotel. the spacious rooms with balconies allow guests to enjoy the picturesque surroundings and soak in the soothing ambiance. the hotel offers a variety of facilities, such as clean pools, recreational activities, and a spa, which provide an opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The hotel falls short in terms of customer service. Several guests have reported issues with the reception staff being unhelpful and unresponsive to their concerns.

The hotel offers a great variety of activities for both adults and children, a stunning pool area with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and free beach access with crystal-clear waters. the hotel's breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of options, from hot meals to desserts, and the dinner buffet had a different theme each night with a lot of international cuisine.

The hotel was very crowded and noisy, especially during the peak hours at the pool and buffet restaurant. the rooms were not soundproofed, so we could hear the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
